Butterfly Days
Butterfly days are what we have enjoyed the past few days. The tribe is running through glorious blooms and green grass chasing beautiful, big butterflies. In two days, they have captured three. (They think they may be catching the same one over and over.) Naturally, we release them after a quick, harmless observation. It is such a joy to see the tribe enjoying simple pleasures. Carefree spring days. Have you chased a butterfly today???
No butterflies here, it’s rainy and dreary!
Umm… I think our butterflies are still larva actually… (is that the right word?) Certainly not caterpillars yet… Definitely NO butterflies…
We’ve got TONS of cottonwood down in our ditches… we need to go caterpillar hunting this spring. NEATO!!
